The style is classic with the typical materials of the Veneto region, such as terracotta, terracotta tiles, and wooden beamed ceilings. The villa has an area of about 200 square metres, spread over 2 floors; the ground floor is occupied almost entirely by a large living room with exposed beams, antique furniture in full Veneto style, and an open kitchen with 2 fireplaces. This elegant room is embellished by 2 large windows that illuminate the house and provide a glimpse of the beautiful park. Also on the ground floor are 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and a laundry room. On the upper floor there are 2 double bedrooms, and a bedroom with 4 single beds and 2 bathrooms, all with shower. The house obviously has heating and air conditioning. The highlight of the house is the beautiful 12,000-metre park, with a large lake where there is a wooden boat, and the majestic 12 x 6 metre infinity pool. The park is embellished with all kinds of palms, shrubs and plants that are very well inserted and well cared for… red roses and hydrangeas. The villa also has an outdoor kitchen, equipped with a wood-burning oven, a fireplace, a hob and sink, and a small toilet. Next to the kitchen, there is a large and beautiful wood-burning barbecue. The Villa is located in the municipality of Casale sul Sile, easily reachable from the centre by a bicycle path, which connects Jesolo and Treviso and the Venetian villas. Treviso is 10 minutes away by car, the train station is 15 minutes away, Venice is about 20 km and the motorway is 10 minutes away.
